If I were Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture as Honourable Grace Chiumia, I could exert ways that promote cultural preservation. I could make ways that people should know their culture and at the end of the day it can be preserved.

I could also encourage cultural festivals so that every year each ethnic group across the country of which young people will be able to know and preserve culture. But, I'm just a student.
