If I were village chief

If I were a chief in my village, I would make sure that each and every child who is 6 years and above goes to school.

I would make by laws to ensure people that any parent who doesn't send their children to school would get punished.

I would civic educate people on the importance of education so that the number of educated people in my village should increase. I would make sure that villagers are also educated. Yet, I'm just a student.
