The youth out members were invited to a conference at mkopola lodge.The meeting is for two days which is 25th and 26th of September. The meeting involves UNICEF officials,media houses and young reporters (YOL).
The conference attracted about ten media houses such as ZBS, Times, Rainbow TV, MBC, Capital FM just to mention a few.
The meeting started with introductions and Enerst gave a quick presentation about Youth Out Loud (YOL) project and YOL members also presented activities and the project has helped youths in Mangochi.
The aim of the meeting was "child rights reporting ". We were grouped with professional journalists and they listened to our radio programs and commented on areas we have to improve.
We learnt a lot from the journalists who have achieved a lot and also they learnt from us as young reporters.
