Day of African Child is commemorated 16th June and this year l had a lot of fun at Capital Radio. Some of the things l did include News reading,  Programs presentations, Receiving of certificate’s and Story telling.

My radio presentation on capital FM radio was really fantastic because l was able to express my feelings pertaining to Day of African Child.

The topics that we discussed dwelt much on technology and Day of African child.

On technology, we discussed how the future of Africa is going to be, we talked of technologies such as Robot help, computers that can see the future, buildings built under water, visual projections and electricity generated from soil.

In addition, we discussed on how such technologies will help in developing Africa as continent.

I co-hosted Afrofix program in which we discussed Day of African Child. We focused much on the problems that children face and their solutions.

We also talked of children rights, saying we should make sure that their rights are observed and not violated.

On Afrofix we had a chance to talk more about Youth Out Loud program and we were able to express our experience and skills attained during our training, what it does and how it helps the youth in the district of Mangochi and how it is helping us in terms of education.
