Businesses Affecting Children's Rights to Education

In Mangochi district children do business during school time. This is so because some men do not support their families as such women do business and force their children to sell on their behalf to bring food on the table.

However, Chief Mtalimanja has at many occasions emphasized  that men should support their families.

He has stressed that whosoever is found irresponsible he will be punished and this will be reported to police so that he should be imprisoned.

This is a sad story in my community and l intend to interview parents, children and chief to find out more about the issue.
