If I were a village head, I would not allow children to go to the lake for fishing at night because it affects their education. Young children go to the lake at night to fish and this makes them stop schooling because they get money which distracts them.
I would punish such parents who do not send their children to school and those who allow children to go to the lake at night. I would make sure that in my area there is no school absconding. I would do this because I want the future generation of educated people in my area. But, I am just a student at Saint Martins Community Day Secondary School.
