If I were a king, I would encourage every girl that drops out of school because of early pregnancy to go back to school. I would form a group to force such girls to go back to school by searching for school drop outs in every household at village level.

I would put tougher punishments like paying 6 goats to punish offenders, because as a leader I believe that education is key for opening closed locks of life to be simple. But, I am just a student at Saint Martins CDSS.
