HARMFUL CULTURAL PRACTICES AFFECT EDUCATION

Amoherelang Nkhoma
Over many years people have been conducting harmful cultural practices for example Chokolo and Kusasa Fumbi which are used as ways of preserving culture.

Upon my observation, according to today’s world such cultural practices are affecting many youths.

Many other communities are still using cultural believes that are affecting many youths who are supposed to be educated and become leaders in their communities and empower their fellow youths who can also stand up for themselves as Youth out Loud and also let other youths in the community to know their rights and the importance of education.
